allow_url_fopen ON beállítás szükséges a php.ini-ben.
Amennyiben nem saját szerveren futtatja a scriptet, illetve nincs lehetősége egyedi php.ini futtatására a tárterületen, tárhelyszolgáltatójával vegye fel a kapcsolatot, hogy állítsák be önnek a tárterületére. (ingyenes tárhelyszolgáltatók nem mindig hajlandóak erre)
